At HUBVIRAL, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality luxury jewelry and exceptional service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges under the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition and free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • All original packaging, including jewelry boxes, certificates, and receipts, must be returned with the product.
  • Personalized or custom-made items, including engraved jewelry, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. How to Return or Exchange an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Ensure the item is properly packaged in its original box and includes all accessories, certificates, and receipts.

  3. Ship the item to the following address using a trackable shipping service:

    We recommend insuring the package to cover any potential loss or damage during transit.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please follow the same process as for a return. Once we receive your returned item, we will send you the new product as per your request.

Note: If there is a price difference between the returned item and the new one, you will be required to pay the difference or will be refunded the difference, depending on the exchange.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable under any circumstances, including:

  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Earrings for hygiene reasons

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take additional time for your refund to process.
